Design Process

Choose and Style Fit

Pick the jersey type that matches how you ride or represent your group. Choose your fit (race/athletic/relaxed), sleeve style, collar style, and any add-ons like nameplates or numbers. Not sure what you need? Tell us your sport (BMX, dirt bike, or Scouts) and we’ll recommend the best option for comfort, durability, and movement.

Upload Logos & Colors

Send us your logos, sponsor marks, troop/team details, and any design ideas. Upload vector files if you have them (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), or high-quality PNGs/JPGs if not. Share your exact colors (HEX codes like #05FA09 / #FFFB12) or a photo of an existing jersey/uniform we can match.

Proof Approval

We’ll create a digital mockup showing placement, colors, names, numbers, and sizing notes. You review it, request changes if needed, and approve when it’s perfect. Nothing goes to print until you sign off—so your final jersey looks exactly the way you expect.

Production

Once approved, your design goes into production using high-quality sublimation (or the method you’ve selected). Colors are bonded into the fabric for long-lasting performance that won’t crack or peel. We run a quality check to confirm artwork clarity, alignment, and sizing before it ships.

Delivery

Your order is packed, labeled, and shipped to your preferred address. Team and troop orders can be grouped by size/name to make distribution easy. When it arrives, you’re ready to ride, race, or represent—looking sharp and feeling comfortable.
